Your tasks:
  • Development of branding & positioning strategies
  • Conception and implementation of effective marketing strategies for various (medical) products
  • Clear communication of the brand message across all channels: PR, social media, newsletter, website, promotional materials and events.
  • Supervision of the re-launch of the Cantourage website
  • Analytical comparison of formulated goals and achieved results and continuous optimisation of marketing measures in a highly dynamic market environment
  • Preparation and management of the marketing budget, continuous monitoring of ROI through appropriate key figures and comprehensive cost control
  • Coordination of cooperation with agencies, consultants and other external stakeholders including contract negotiations
Your profile:
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Marketing or Master of Business Administration (MBA).
  • At least five years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Deep understanding of marketing activities in highly regulated industries
  • Good knowledge of the European market for medical cannabis products
  • Experience in running successful marketing campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Startup mentality combined with strong leadership skills and the ability to build and manage a marketing team
  • Team player with experience in interacting with numerous internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluent in English and German
