Your tasks:
- Support the initial setup, ongoing support and optimization of data interfaces for our Customer Care & Sales Team and other internal stakeholders
- Support in the analysis and preparation of customer-specific data and derivation of actionable trends and insights for the relevant teams such as Sales, Customer Care, Marketing and Production Development of reporting dashboards and creation of lead analyses
- Data synchronization from different tools
- Evaluation of market and sales data and their graphical representation
Your profile:
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced skills with MS-Excel
- Enjoy building dashboards and working with BI tools (e.g. Tableau or Power BI)
- Experience in sales processes is an advantage
- Independent way of thinking and working
- Fluent in German
