Your tasks:
  • Contact person for all employees on personnel-related topics
  • Responsibility for the entire recruiting process in coordination with the management and the specialist departments
  • On- and offboarding of our employees
  • Selection, implementation and maintenance of HR software
  • Personnel administration, e.g. drawing up contracts, certificates and references and maintaining personnel files
  • Advising the management and senior staff in all matters of staff management/development and labor law
  • Preparation and control of the annual personnel cost budget
  • Conception, management and implementation of projects and process optimization in the HR area, such as a talent and performance management system as well as targeted employer branding measures
  • Preparation of payroll accounting
Your profile:
  • Successfully completed studies or training, ideally with a focus on human resources, psychology, law or comparable disciplines
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in a start-up environment and in a generalist role
  • You work in a solution-oriented and pragmatic way with a hands-on mentality and strong interpersonal skills
  • You have strong organizational skills and know how to motivate employees
  • You work independently, analytically and accurately
  • You have a lot of positive energy and are open to new ideas and growth
  • Knowledge of German labor law
  • Basic knowledge of payroll accounting and social security law
  • High level of commitment,
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Confident in MS Office and digital media
