Berlin, 28 February 2024 - Cantourage Group SE (hereinafter “Cantourage”, ISIN: DE000A3DSV01, www.cantourage.com/en), a leading European company for the production and distribution of medical cannabis, and All Nations (www.allnationscanna.ca), an established Canadian company for the cultivation of high-quality cannabis products, are starting to sell cannabis on the European market together. Through the cooperation, patients in Europe can now be prescribed the cultivars “Mac Doughnut” and "Stó:lō Haze" for their therapy. Both originate from the Shxwha:y First Nation in Chilliwack, a First Nations group on the Lower Fraser River in British Columbia, Canada. In Germany, the cannabis products can now be purchased at pharmacies throughout the country.

Founded in November 2019, All Nations is considered a driver of economic growth and the further development of the Indigenous community in Chilliwack. All Nations is committed to the First Nations and focuses on local employment - around 70 per cent of its employees come directly from the Stó:lō community. In its 2,800 square metre indoor facility, powered by hydropower and comprising six flower rooms of 195 square metres each, the company’s experienced growers combine traditional cultivation knowledge with state-of-the-art technology. Until now, All Nations has sold its cannabis products exclusively to the Canadian and Israeli markets. The company relies on varieties from its internal programme for the cultivation of self-developed clones - including "Stó:lō Haze", a cross between the well-known cultivars "Northern Lights" and "Super Silver Haze", and “Mac Doughnut” originating from the strains “Mac 1” and “Powdered Doughnuts”. Both cultivars are now available in Germany.

Darwin Douglas, founder and CEO of All Nations, says: "The cooperation with Cantourage gives us quick and easy access to the European cannabis market. With the upcoming legalisation in Germany, we see enormous growth potential and long-term future opportunities with a partner that has been established for years. Our unique cannabis cultivation is based on careful manual labour and a deep understanding of our land and its climate. We also attach great importance to a sustainable and natural cultivation process and ideal technical equipment in our cultivation facilities. It is important to us that elements of our Indigenous origins are always recognisable in our work. Through a unique combination of our ancestors’ knowledge and modern innovation, we want to create a cannabis experience that is truly characterised by our Indigenous community."

Philip Schetter, CEO of Cantourage, says: "With All Nations, we have now been able to convince yet another great cannabis company of the benefits of our Fast Track Access platform. It enables more and more cannabis growers from all over the world to easily enter the European cannabis market. All Nations is a great addition to our grower portfolio. Not only does the company have a special cultural background, but it also offers first-class and exciting cannabis cultivars that have been a staple on the Canadian recreational market for years. Together with partners like All Nations, we will continue to drive our growth and provide patients with an even wider selection of high-quality cannabis products. Due to our wide portfolio of growers and our special business model, we are already very well prepared to quickly meet any changes in the demand for cannabis - for example with regard to the planned further opening of the cannabis market in Germany."
