CEO prevents, Supervisory Board appoints Patrick Hoffmann as member of theManagement Board

The Supervisory Board of the company was informed by Management Board member PhilipSchetter that he is unable to perform his duties as a member of the Management Board for personal reasons until further notice. The Supervisory Board hast herefore appointed its member Patrick Hoffmann as deputy member of the Management Board with immediate effect until December 31, 2025. As co-founder of Cantourage GmbH and previously of Pedanios GmbH (now Aurora Europe GmbH), Mr. Hoffmann has more than ten years of experience in the German medical cannabis industry.
